Many instructors will teach candidates to lift the mannequin off the ground reducing service area and drag of the dummy.
In reality, this is the second to last station. You are most likely going to be winded. If you cannot reasonably lift the dummy high off the ground, try using the handles that are already attached at the dummy's shoulders.
Take quick, short steps as you move. Keep the dummy as close to your body and use your legs as leverage. If possible, do not look backwards as this can make the distance you need to travel daunting.
